Standard Rates

Emergency Work
Each Hour (immediate payment required after job completion)	*$100.00 / per hour**
* Emergency's are considered any work that can not be scheduled within 7 days or any work that requires immediate attention.

Monthly Contracts
First Unix Server	$175.00 / Per Month
Windows Server	Base Rate of $175.00 Per Server / Per
Each Additional Server	$40.00 / per month
What Does My Contract Cover ?
4 Hours of Free Tech Support* 4 Hour Response Time* Log File Monitoring (Optional By Request) Site And Process Uptime Monitoring (Optional By Request) Full Patch Management Of Both Linux/FreeBSD/Windows Servers (Both Linux/FreeBSD/Windows And Hsphere) $35.00 Hour Special "Insider" rate on custom jobs (Regular Rate Is 50 A Hr)
*More Servers Do Not Add Additional Hrs Unless The Total Servers Covered Are 4. Then Each Additional 4 Servers Covered Will Up The Hr Total 1 Hr Per Server). For Example 5 Servers = 5 Hrs Of Support ... 9 Servers = 6 Hrs Of Support
